This workshop is designed to give participants positive mental health and wellbeing habits for life and addresses how to deal with anxiety and depression.  The presentation will be engaging with a mixture of sporting clips and humour to keep the session enjoyable and impactful, while educating us in how to have real conversations and reduce the stigma that remains around mental health issues.  This event is free to attend thanks to the funding provided by Mawsons! Dinner will be available for purchase on the night.
